Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. MDERMA LAB does not operate under a long-term money-back guarantee. If you have used an eligible device as instructed and believe it does not meet the stated product-use expectations, you may request return authorization within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
• The item must be returned in good condition with no intentional damage.
• All original components, accessories, manuals and packaging must be included.
• Return authorization is required before any item is sent back.

Due to the nature of professional aesthetic products, returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

• Gift cards.
• Items returned without prior authorization.
• Items returned beyond the 7-day eligibility period.
• Opened, used or tampered single-use, sterile or vial-based products.
• Items missing original components, accessories or packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact us first at web@wiserliving.net. If approved, we will provide return authorization and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again, contact your credit card company and contact your bank. Processing times may vary by financial institution. If the issue persists, contact us at web@wiserliving.net.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, email ckim@wiserliving.net. Approved exchanges should be sent only after authorization to:

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit may be issued once the return is received and approved. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
